CAT 2023 Official Notification Soon
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow will announce the CAT 2023 Notification 2023 very soon at its official website, iimcat.ac.in. The Common Admission Test (CAT 2023) will be administered at IIM Lucknow on November 26, 2023. A total of 2,22,184 individuals took the CAT entrance exam in 2018, hence it is anticipated that over 2.5 lakh candidates will register for the exam in 2023. The CAT test 2023 notification will briefly cover the requirements for eligibility, the selection process, the deadline for registering for the exam, the paper pattern, the date of the exam, etc.
For students applying to postgraduate management programs, including those at the IIMs, the CAT is a national-level admissions test. For MBA admission, several institutions and universities, such as Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), also take into account CAT results.
Three hours are dedicated to conducting CAT. Three sections constitute the test: verbal ability and reading comprehension; data interpretation and logical thinking; and quantitative aptitude. A degree in graduating from a reputable institution or institute is one of the requirements for CAT 2023 application eligibility. On November 27 of the previous year, CAT was held. 2.56 lakh individuals applied for the test in total, and 2,22,184 of them showed up, or more than 86 percent.
