Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of our MasterCard Dispute Management Software Service. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring that our software meets the needs of clients and exceeds industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment systems, MasterCard regulations, and a proven track record of successfully managing product launches in the financial technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the MasterCard Dispute Management Software Service, aligning with company goals and client needs.
- Â Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points, providing valuable insights to inform product development.
- Â Requirements Definition: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to define detailed product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Â Launch Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including marketing collateral, sales enablement, and customer support plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Product Manager in the financial technology sector, with a focus on payment systems.
- In-depth knowledge of MasterCard regulations and dispute management processes.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches.
